Firstly, I just want to give a huge thank you to each and every one of you who backed and shared this Kickstarter project over the last month. Time and again, you have blown me away with your support for this indie game, and I'm so excited to share it with you all!
So, what's next? I'll be working with Rich over at Tattered Bear to get the BackerKit page up and running. If you missed out on any add-ons or items you wanted (that haven't sold out, that is!), you'll still be able to claim them on BackerKit! Also, for those who pledged in the first couple of days and were accidentally charged shipping on some add-ons I missed, I'll be setting things up in BackerKit to correct those charges, so you'll only be paying the actual shipping charge.
I'm also working with Brent Jans (@DorklordCanada) on editing the game and making it the best possible version it can be for you all! I still have a handful of potions to finish writing descriptions for, but once all edits are back and changes have been made, I'll be sending out the game for a proof copy to be made. This will take some time, and the final order will be placed sometime in January so that we're not adding to the strain of the holiday season on delivery drivers.
Hyuge, our mixologist, is working on designing the potion cocktails and mocktails you unlocked over the next month or so, and I'll be compiling her recipes and photos into a PDF! She's shared a couple of the recipes with me already, and I can't wait to try them myself!!
There's a whole lot more going on, but for now, I'll leave you with the beautifully designed postcard Natalie (@GhostCandle) made for all physical order backers! I just love how it turned out, don't you?

It's hard to believe there are only 36 hours left til the end of the Kickstarter and we've officially unlocked the Short Story stretch goal! I'll be writing this companion story to the game once the main project is with my editor and it will go out to all backers in around the same timeframe as the game itself! Thank you so much to everyone for your support.
I know reaching the next stretch goal isn't likely, but you never know! It would be fantastic to add custom endpapers to this project at €7k. Spread the word to anyone you think would be interested in supporting this game, and thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
Also, I just wanted to mention that I've added the Community Copies to the add-ons section of the Kickstarter if you want to buy some copies for folks who can't afford the game. These copies will be available on my itch.io shop once the PDF is released to backers who picked the Potions Enthusiast and Apothecaire Extraordinaire tiers.

With only five days to go on the Kickstarter, we have officially unlocked the full PDF of all 32 cocktails and mocktails inspired by the potions in The Apothecaire's Apprentice!! 🥳 I cannot wait to share them all with you! Hyuge has been keeping me updated with some of the drinks she is concocting, and they are delicious, to say the least.
We're well on our way to the €5.5k stretch goal of unlocking the short story of Lyra, my own Apprentice PC whom I played on-stream with Eve's Wisteria. I'm sure that we'll be able to reach that goal in the next five days, maybe even the custom endpapers at €7k? We'll see! Thank you again to everyone who has backed this project thus far. Your support means the world to this indie TTRPG designer.
Last week was a busy one for me on stream — Eve and I played the 2-player version of the game on my channel and then I was on Hoard of Tales on Friday talking about how I get inspired to write my games and specifically about The Apothecaire's Apprentice.
